"Starbucks is a large multinational chain of coffee shops with corporate headquarters in Seattle, Washington. Its coffee shops in the U.S. are especially popular among students and young urban professionals. The company was in part named after Starbuck, a character in Moby Dick, and its insignia is a stylized cartoon siren.
"The first Starbucks was opened in Seattle in 1971 by three partners—English teacher Jerry Baldwin, history teacher Zev Siegel, and writer Gordon Bowker."

Fan + listing = fanlisting! It's really simple isn't it? Okay, for a longer explanation, a fanlisting is a place in the web that lists the names and country of people who are fans of a certain subject. In this case, this website lists the names/identities of people who are fans of Starbucks, a popular multinational company specializing in coffee and other beverages. So if you're a fan, then join and get listed! :)

The graphics for this site was created in Adobe Photoshop 8.0 (Creative Suite), and the html and css coded in plain, old Notepad. XD The fonts I used are called Alba (downloaded from Da Font), and Century Gothic (already there when I installed Windows). Brushes from Miss-M, Echoica Brushes, and Aethereality. The images used for the layout and codes were all taken from my 2006 Starbucks planner.
I had a headache trying to figure out how to code this layout, and it's not even entirely my concept. XD I was greatly inspired by this layout, entitled First Summary, which can be found at CSS Zen Garden. Of course this layout is nothing compared to the original lolz~ XD
I've been addicted to Starbucks since I was in seventh grade. Merely being near the place makes me want to go inside and buy something! XD When I was in high school it became a sort of hang-out or meeting place with me and my friends, but when I entered college my visits became more and more frequent, until I could be seen there almost all the time. If I'm not in school or at home, you could most probably find me there. XD I love the place because, for one, I love the smell of coffee. I also like the general ambience, like the lighting and music. Moreover, I can stay there as long as I like because no one's going to approach me and tell me to leave, unlike in some places lolz~ XD Heck, I study in Starbucks. XD I can concentrate more because at least I have coffee beside me so I won't fall asleep, unlike in the library (do you know how many times I fell asleep in a library? XD). Noise never bothered me while studying, either.
I'm also a coffee addict. I usually order White Chocolate Mocha, whee~! XD I also tried almost every cold drink they have (blame it on the really hot summers in the Philippines lol), and I love their pastries (I'm craving for a cinnamon roll right now). :) I also like their seasonal items, especially the Christmas ones. They're really addictive. XD The stuff they give occassionally are cool too, like last year, I got this 2006 Starbucks organizer after completing the stickers needed on my cupon (their marketing personnel were really smart to have released an organizer when they know most customers they have are students and workers lol XD). And the stuffed bears are cute. I don't know if they have those in other countries, but around here they're called Bearista bears, and they're cute, white bears that wear the Starbucks personnel uniform. :)
Starbucks holds a lot of memories for me. It's the usual meeting place for me and my friends, and I really treasure the times we're just sitting there having (oftentimes silly) conversation. :) Recently also, it's my thesis "memory place" lol, since we meet our respondents for our thesis-documentary in the Starbucks place in one of the broadcasting companies here, and we also discuss about our thesis there. I really love this place, simply put; I like everything about it, and I'm very pleased to be running a fanlisting dedicated to it. :)
