Calm, cunning, and highly mischievous, it seems in Regene Regetta's nature to be manipulative. He has a mysterious aura about him, giving out only partial information, asking questions he already well knows the answer to. Still, he is the type who knows what to say to annoy people, and would like very much to get a rise out of them for his own amusement, as much as he gains entertainment from watching other people get hurt or pissed off. It's important to note, however, that he isn't that invested in other people; in fact, he holds a general disinterest in normal human activities. He doesn't really care much about the well-being of others; what's most significant is what benefits him the most.
It wouldn't pose as a problem if he isn't capable of moving on his own, but he is. He can put up a false pretense of being an obedient underling and scheme behind your back. He's the type to reveal classified information if he could manipulate people into following what he wants, and has no qualms of using these people for his own gain. He accepts the fact that there is always pain accompanied with change, and is not quite bothered of the distress and suffering inflicted by the plan on mere humans. This belief is a result of the plan to change the world, which has been programmed into him; it's his sole purpose. And although he remains loyal to the end to his reason for existence, he actually doesn't know he is. He wants everything to go according to his plans, and he will do whatever he can to achieve this. He is so confident, in fact, that his actions will eventually lead to his own desires coming into fruition, that he completely ignores the possibility that someone is as equally knowledgeable as he is and has already figured out his plotting (and that someone usually has). As far as he's concerned, he will succeed, and him alone.
And it's this pride that doesn't allow him to simply accept that he is beneath anyone else, which is why he has a strong dislike for people who think highly of themselves and who think they're some kind of God. Think you can control him and get him to do what you want? He'll smirk and play along, then find a way to screw you over. And he usually does succeed in the end.
